I am a movie nut. I love all kinds of movies, from comedy, to action, to sci-fi to drama, etc. If its hit either the silver or small screen, I’ll likely want to see it at some point. Unfortunately, some of the movies that I’d really like to see (especially some of the martial art action movies from smaller, Chinese studios), just aren’t available in English. Thankfully, this is no longer a problem thanks to Sublight. It’s a subtitle synchronization application for Windows and it’s a must have for foreign film lovers.
Sublight provides access to over a million subtitle tracks in 46 different languages. It can auto detect over 100,000 movies and TV series and includes plugin support for accessing subtitles from different sources on the outside chance that you’ve picked a movie or TV show that isn’t in its auto detect database. Sublight is currently translated into 19 different languages.
With Sublight, you can play and watch a supported video file, with the appropriate subtitle, with just a double-click. Sublight allows you to publish new subtitles; and supports RAR compressed video files. It also included integration support for 9 of your favorite video players; and you can integrate subtitle search into Windows Explorer.
