An important part of the gaming experience ever since the first computer games is saving a player’s progress and ensure that the player will continue the game from the last moment he saved the game progress. Depending on the game, when it was developed and by who, the game saves are most often stored in My Documents, game folder or other location. Well, in case you want to reinstall your operating system (or move to a new computer), you needs to back up those game saves by copying the relevant folder (and files) to another location and when needed, restore them back.
