Unfortunately, you can’t do that with the HTC One (M8). The device is simply too wide. While I know that most users – myself included – often use two hands when using a smartphone, my current smartphone doesn’t REQUIRE me to do that. I have the option or choice to use one or two hands as I’m rushing around the office or two and from one room of the house to another.

Current iPhone 6 rumors clearly indicate a 4.7″ and a 5.5″ device are scheduled to be announced during this summer’s WWDC keynote. I agree that a (somewhat) larger screen would be nice. I’m getting a bit older and my eyes are starting to show it. Smaller screens are much more difficult to read. Larger screens are obviously easier to read; but aren’t easy or even possible to use one-handed.
