OK, so it has an easy interface, when it works, but it only works with small libraries.Other than that, poor (OK, NON-EXISTENT) customer service, cannot handle large libraries. No service after the sale. Ever.I paid for the full version of this product, and have written to this company 3 times asking for support on their product which no longer works. Once they have your money, you're on your own with a very inferior product! While the interface with MP3 Boss is not as pretty or as intuitive, when I wrote with a question, I got answers immediately. So far, MP3 Boss has handled my huge library without issue, where AMC Pro just chokes and stops working. There's not even a way to reset it to scan a small portion of your library-once it errors, it never works again. A complete waste of money. I will never buy another Wizetech product, and would strongly advise anyone not to waste their money.
