Excellent Program
This is one of my favorites. I use it in addition to System Cleaner and some other good cleaners. Registry Mechanic also has a good optimizer and finds registry problems quickly.

This program is ransomware. It produces about 700 false positives and then asks you to buy it to remove the adware and malware.
