Best ever speed up program
I've tried all, freeware, shareware and this is by far the best ever !! Why, because it does 2 things simultaneously - boosts the priority of the running program, and forces a realease of ram to help the program run faster.
The only probelm is, it won't load at start-up on a laptop, but thois is going to be fixed in the next version (they said, once I alerted them to it).
Just download it, and run PC Accelerate. Don't bother with set priorities for each program (confusing). Just set it to start with Windows and minimize to tray. Then leave.
At least 50 % real speed gain.
You will notice the difference immediately.

Total disaster
A dreadful bug in Internet Explorer 7 meant whenever I went to websites with Java, I got Iexplore error, referenced memory could not be read, and had to shut down the browser. A number of sites were inaccessible.
Had to delete IE&, but the probelms persisted as it had corrupted IE6.
So then did a repair install of XP but cannot download still from some websites, although it no longer notifies me the referenced memeory could not be read.
Basically, longterm damage has been done to my pc.
Yuck.

New version PC Accelerate 1.1
Just downloaded v 1.1. They fixed the laptop load with Windows problem.
Now it is the totally perfect speed up program.

Version 2.0
Version 2.0 is out; please update, Soft32. Really fantastic program, with added features of clkeaning registry and cleaning hard drive.
Maybe you have to donwload v2.0 from the homepage.
