 | | Did you ever play a 'Flash' game and enjoyed it so much that you wanted to play it often? Now you can do this without having to bookmark to Web page and wait for the game to load up every time you want to play it. This thing is possible due to 'SaveFlash'.
With 'Save Flash' you can download any 'Flash' object, whether it is a game, video, banner or a presentation, on to your computer. And that's not all. The program allows you to capture screenshots of the frames included in the 'Flash' object. The captured graphics ca be saved in JPG format. The 'Flash' objects will be saved in the familiar SWF format and you can edit them with any editor on the market. In case you mistakenly closed the page hosting the Flash object, you can always search the browser's cache for that specific object.
The interface is simple, but very appealing. The program will run embedded in Internet Explorer and you have three options to choose from when saving a 'Flash' object: 1. You can click on the toolbar icon: whenever you visit a Web page containing 'Flash' objects, the icon will turn yellow, notifying you of the presence of 'Flash' objects. 2. You can use the SaveFlash pop-up button. 3. You can right click on the 'Flash ' object and save it.
Pluses: The preview tool for 'Flash' objects allows you to to play/pause, skip forward or back, loop or discontinue play. A zooming option is also included. The program allows you to save all the 'Flash' objects on a Web page or only the selected ones. Not to forget the multi-language support.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: This small program is a thrill: fast, stable and, in all, a very reliable tool. Of course, one is advised to use it in compliance with the international laws of copyright.
