G-Lock Temp Cleaner is a free application very good to keep at hand and run from time to time, as it scans your computer for redundant files and deletes them.
The program has included a list of file extensions which can be edited, that is, you can add or remove extensions of file types you consider to be garbage. According to the list of file extensions, the program will detect all the files on your drives and move them in the Recycle Bin.
Other options allow you to skip read-only and system files, scan for files created earlier than a selected date, move files to recycle Bin or delete them without confirmation. A searching facility is also included in case you are looking for certain files.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: Unfortunately, it doesn't clean up Internet browsers' cache.
In conclusion: Quite simple, easy to use, but a good free tool to keep at hand.
