| | In case you are a Marketing Business Associate and especially an Avon representative, "MBA Software for Avon Reps" is the right thing for you. This program is especially designed to help you manage all activity related to customers and Avon headquarters. It is a complete application containing features related to customers, products, sales, purchases, deliveries and personal accounting.
When you run the program for the first time, you can choose which country settings you want to use: USA, Canada, UK or Australia. Then, you can setup (configure) the application in order to suite exactly your business needs.
The products are grouped in brochures displaying the product number, description and price. Other product details are also available such as shade or size. A customer's record contains personal data, detailed sales orders, payment history, purchased product history. You can even insert a sales tax, where necessary. The personal accounting section allows you to keep an accurate track of your income and expenses. The program will calculate the gross profit, business expenses and your business net income.
The program's interface is very intuitive and allows you to perform many operations by cross-linking linking the different sections. The help section is also comprehensive and very helpful in case you encounter difficulties using the program. In case you are concerned with the safety of your data, you can set a password required every time you start the program.
Pluses: There is an inbuilt business card designer which allows you to create Avon representative business cards. The various reports can be printed out and previewed before printing. The program can also import text, customers & sales inventory and brochures, while it can only export email addresses and sales.
Drawbacks / flaws: You cannot export reports to text or XLS files.
In conclusion: A very good solution for customers/sales management and income/expenses tracking for Avon representatives.
