 | | Automize wants to be an overall tasks synchronizer. Maybe that's why the software is quite hard to use. The good thing about it, is that the software was created for all the platforms Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and others. With this software you can schedule different tasks, from opening of documents, shutting down the computer, synchronize directories, to monitoring FTP profiles, checking emails and others. You can even zip, print and delete files. The tasks can be scheduled by the second or minute, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. The results of the tasks can be viewed from your personal email if you are not at your desk. If you scheduled more tasks, these can be run in a chain process depending on what conditions or variables you have set. Based on Java, the interface seems different from normal Windows applications and in the beginning is very tricky. But if you want a powerful scheduler, you have to except this impediment. Pluses:All the tasks that are supported.
Drawbacks / flaws: The interface is tricky for newbies.
In conclusion: This software has so many scheduling and synchronizing features, that it can be used also by companies for their own businesses.
