Pluses: A easy to use alternativefor desktop icons management.
Drawbacks / flaws: There is no end application button, so you have to close it by hitting Alt+F4 and very few options included.
In conclusion: XStart is an easy to use application launcher, but it is a bit expensive compared to what it does.
