 | | LCP is based on good dictionary files and has a very good hashing algorithm. This application can crack almost every password. The interface is very simple and intuitive and in a few clicks, you can complete the desired operation. It can recover user passwords, which can be imported from the local machine directly or remotely, as well as import db or text formatted hash tables, recovered by pwdump.
I was surprised how fast this application could find my user password. If you want to speed things up, you can help the application by entering letters that you think are part of the password.
The application has three ways of decoding. The first is based on the dictionary that is implemented in the application, the second one is based on different letters combinations, and the third one is the algorithm itself. After importing the users, you cannot delete them. You cannot cleanup or remove system accounts and other miscellaneous users.
Pluses: It's free and can crack almost any password.
Drawbacks / flaws: It can't always import from a remote PC's registry (it depends on what local or network connection you have).
In conclusion: LCP is a good way to find out your personal password, if you forgot it.
