Calc 3D Pro 2.1.6

Calc 3D Professional can assist you in writing your Math homework. It contains a collection of tools that can impress even an expert in mathematics. The whole program is very complex but easy to use.

The mathematical tool can be changed by using a drop-down menu, which appears on the top left of the user interface. When the program starts, the "Editor" tool is selected, and you can use the program to write text and mathematical functions. In this operation mode, the program resembles an advanced text editor.

Calc 3D Pro has another 12 operation modes besides "Editor". You can use it to plot and integrate functions, to do statistics and best fits. It handles vectors, matrices, coordinates, regular polygons, complex numbers, and quaternions. I was able to use it to calculate the area of a square and of a triangle, but there are many more geometric objects available. I also saw that the program is able to transform Cartesian, spherical, and cylindrical coordinates between each other. You can use either radians or degrees in your calculations.

Pluses: Calc 3D Professional was free, when I wrote this review.

Drawbacks / flaws: Although the program supports resizing, the main window of the program doesn't look very good if you change its size.

In conclusion: A nifty tool that can be used for many mathematical calculations. In my opinion, it could be useful for scientists, engineers, and even for students.
