| | Get Right is an extremely useful download manager, especially in case you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser. I say this because not only you can pause/resume downloads when using this program, but there are lots of other tools and features which can make your life a lot easier.
When you start the program for the first time, a small configuration wizard will prompt you to select the account type (your computer user or everyone), Internet connection type (you can test your connection as well), web browser substitution (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera), target directory for downloads and the option of downloading from multiple mirrors.
Once you've configured the program, it will 'intercept' any download you wish to perform and you will be able to download stuff and taking advantage of the features of 'Get Right'. For instance, the program can identify the downloaded content and download it to different locations: for example, images will be downloaded to 'My Pictures', video files to 'My Videos' and so on. You can also set a default download directory for all downloads.
Besides, the program can also be used as a BitTorrent client, Podcast downloader, dialer and server synchronization tool for HTTP and FTP servers. The downloads can be accelerated by using several alternative mirros, if available. The program will start with windows and will run quietly in the background consuming very few resources. You won't even notice it's there.

In conclusion: In so many words, if you feel you need several download utilities integrated into a single interface, it's time to give 'Get Right' a try. You may be amazed of what it can do.
