As Simple As Photoshop 6.7

Do you think that ASAP means as soon as possible? Well, it does, but it also means As Simple As Photoshop. I really don't think that Adobe Photoshop is an easy to use image editing application. However, "As Simple As Photoshop" makes it easier to learn how to use it.

This application has an eye-catching user interface, allowing you to navigate through the tutorial very efficiently. In my opinion, if you are a beginner with Photoshop, you should really read the first chapters. These explain Photoshop's basic tools and user interface. In the evaluation version only the first 16 out of a total of 108 chapters are available. Finding the features you need is quite simple, because you can access a search dialog inside ASAP's user interface.

Each chapter of the tutorial has an associated movie. In these movies a person explains each chapter. The Photoshop user interface is displayed in the movies, along with mouse clicks and helper objects (arrows, circles, etc.). The helper objects emphasize certain parts of Photoshop's user interface or of the picture that is being edited.

Pluses: As Simple As Photoshop's user interface allows you to set bookmarks inside the tutorial. It's also possible to print a page or the entire tutorial just by clicking a button.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: I think this tutorial can be useful both for beginners and semi-advanced users of Photoshop. Even if you know how to use Adobe Photoshop, you might find out several tips and tricks by reading, watching, and listening to this tutorial.
