IconCool Manager is an icon library with a large library of samples grouped into categories. You can import different images from your files and convert them into icons. There is a capturing option included which will help you capture content on your desktop in. These options are very similar with the ones of IconCool Editor, since both programs come from the same producer.
Another nice thing is that the program offers access to a list which includes up to 800 icon web sites and allows you to edit the list of sites. You can search icons in the library by keywords, and even add or edit the keywords of any icon. Because of the large amount of icons, the library is sorted into 20 root libraries (office icons, people icons, etc). With the help of this manager you can create as many icons libraries as you wish. If you are a programmer or a web-designer and you collect a large amount of icons, this option might prove to be quite useful.
Pluses: The portal to icon Websites. You can create icons using the 'Icon extractor/Coverter' option.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: Very useful especially for web-designers.
