'Visual Business Cards' is supposed to help you create business cards. If you start the 'New Business Card Wizard', there are lots of features to guide you through the process of creating a new business card.
In the first screen you will fill out your personalized details like name, company, address, phone number, e-mail, etc. In the second screen you have four template categories. You can choose between general business, individuals, specific business and various templates and then advance to the next screen where you can further customize your business card with text, symbols, pictures, etc. I think these features are a little 'old school'.
If you start the 'Create Blank Business Card' you'll have select the elements from the menu placed on the right side of the program window.
The interface is not very well organized. You don't have an 'Undo' button, only a 'Cancel' one which seems to do the 'undo' function.
Pluses: It has an 'Instant Help' placed on the bottom of its main window which helps you find out more about an option by simply placing the mouse pointer over it.
Drawbacks / flaws: If it wasn't for the 'Instant Help' you won't now what a feature can do.
In conclusion: If you are a beginner it might help you, but if you aren't, I've seen better programs for creating business cards. For example, see
