| | Extract TIFF images (Convert PDF to TIFF) from PDF files with PDF Extract TIFF. After installing the application, run it, select the PDF file after which you will be prompted to choose the folder to save the newly extracted TIFF files. You can select either to save a multi-page TIFF file or to save multiple TIFF files.
Pluses: The advantage is that you do not even have to have installed Adobe Acrobat. All you have to do is select the PDF file and select the path for the extracted TIFFs.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: It is quite a useful applications, since you can further convert TIFF files to jpeg or other formats and put them to further use.
