Check&Drive is a car expense tracking and fleet management application. It can be very useful for transport companies but also for your own usage; this software can manage to keep tracking of your routes and vehicles checks.

Basically, Check&Drive is a data base application but its interface let you manage quickly every important information. You can analyze and evaluate a future trip based on diagrams for fuel consumption and costs, repair costs, etc. The results of a the trip can be seen on a report of repair history, repair parts, general expenses, cost summary, etc.

Some of the calculations are made upon the trip log information (who is driving, the route, what car) and car history.

Another important state of this data base are the repairs and check for spring and winter where you can find every important part of the car and its status (check, uncheck, replaced or not).

After you complete all the important information, the application will inform you upon major tasks, like checking the car, costs, fuel consumption, etc.

Pluses: alarm for important tasks; calendar; diagrams; it can be run in 'Network mode', so that it can be installed on several computers having access to the same database.
