First of all, the program ca be used as a mortgage calculator. You have to enter the amount of money, repayment term, interest rate, date of the loan, type of payment (weekly, monthly, annually, etc.) monthly insurance and annual taxes. After inputting all the necessary data, click the 'Calculate' button and the total payment will be calculated.

Besides, you can enter an extra payment in order to re-calculate the payments. The program will also display an amortization table where you can see exactly the payment figures for the entire reimbursement term. You can also edit the payment table, in case you decide to pay a larger amount then the usual payment. Thus, payments will be recalculated.
