| | Mortgage and Loan Calculator Analyzer is a small financial tool designed to help you calculate, evaluate and compare different mortgage payment rates.
The program has a very intuitive interface and is very easy to use. This handy application can be used in order to decide the amount of money you wish to borrow in order to make payments over a longer period of time. You can build a list of several mortgage examples which can be saved for further reviewing.
First of all, the program ca be used as a mortgage calculator. You have to enter the amount of money, repayment term, interest rate, date of the loan, type of payment (weekly, monthly, annually, etc.) monthly insurance and annual taxes. After inputting all the necessary data, click the 'Calculate' button and the total payment will be calculated.
Besides, you can enter an extra payment in order to re-calculate the payments. The program will also display an amortization table where you can see exactly the payment figures for the entire reimbursement term. You can also edit the payment table, in case you decide to pay a larger amount then the usual payment. Thus, payments will be recalculated.

Drawbacks / flaws: A table-like comparison toll for two mortgages would have been welcome.
In conclusion: This tool can be used successfully when collecting data about your future mortgages in order to help you decide which mortgage suites you best.
