Greeting Card Builder is a simple and handy tool designed to help you create fully customized greeting cards for different occasions.

The use interface has a nice design: the tabbed interface provides a nice working environment allowing you to create greeting cards quickly and easily. When creating a new project, you can either choose to start with a blank greeting card or select and edit an existing template. The nice thing is the fact that you can select a predefined or custom template size in case you wish to print your greeting cards. There are lots of background and templates to choose from.

Once you have selected the layout, you can add graphical elements to your project: images, cliparts or formatted text. You can either select a predefined text for different occasions or you can enter a custom text to greet your friends, family or business partners. The images (photos) you've added to your greeting card can be edited as well. You can add frames or masks or add over a dozen effects such as blur, mirror, sharpen, grayscale ans so on. You can also crop or rotate photos as well as applying shadow.

Once you've finished creating a greeting card, you have sever options for publishing it: you can send it via email, you can print it out on paper or you can save it as an image (in JPG, BMP,GIF, PNG, TIF and TGA format).
