Rental Calendar is a calendar software designed for people who are into the rental business or for small businesses operating the rental market. For example, if you have a huge collection of items which you lend a lot, a program like this may come in handy for tracing your objects and scheduling all rental activity.

The extremely well designed and intuitive interface helps you keep an eye on every item as well as on the persons who borrowed them. In order to use it, you need to build up two lists: a customer list containing customer identification and a list of all the items in your inventory. When you lend an item, you can create an entry containing the lending time and the item it's due returning, to whom it's been lent, the lending fee (where appropriate) and a reminder.

You can also create a reservation list in order to schedule items to be lent. All data can be printed out or it can be exported to Outlook, Excel, text, HTML or XML file format. In order to keep you data secure, you can set a program locking password. Recurrent backups can be created to keep data safe from damage. When viewing the reservations or the inventory, you can set filters for specific item searches.
