 | | WinWatermark, as the title suggests, is an application designed to help you apply watermarks to your images.
The program has got a nice interface which makes it very easy to use. In order to get started, you need to add the images that will be watermarked. Next, you can add either text or an image as a watermark. When talking about image watermarks, you can rotate them, select the degree of opacity, choose the alignment and get a preview in actual size. As for the text watermarks, you can add formatted text with shadow and background. The output files can be customized, where customization is available, e.g. JPEG or BMP files. EXIF information can be viewed and preserved when renaming files.
Besides adding watermarks to images you can use the program to rotate images clock-wise and anti clock-wise. Images can be cropped, resized and renamed. You can also perform file conversions between the following file types: JPG, JPEG, BMP, DIB, RLE, PNG, TARGA, TGA, VDA, GIF, etc.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: The program has some stability issues. A couple of time when i tried to add some files, I got the message 'Metafile not valid' and the program stopped responding. Another annoying thing is the fact that whenever you wish to preview a file, the preview window will be displayed partially on the lower right corner of the screen covering the Taskbar. I couldn't close the preview window, so I had to forcefully close the program.
In conclusion: When it comes to the features, it's an excellent program, but when it comes to stability, well, there are some issues that need fixing.
