 | | Productive Clip is a small utility designed to help you manage multiple items copied to the clipboard.
If your job requires a massive involvement in text processing, this program may be a good solution for enhancing the speed of copy/pasting operations, thus saving you valuable time. The program is quite easy to use, due to the fact that you can use hotkeys for completing the tasks.
Here's how it works. The program will store the items you've copied to the clipboard. When you need to paste an item, you can use hotkeys to browse for the desired item (word, phrase, paragraph, URL, screen capture, etc.) to paste. There's also an option for pasting special items. This means that you can save a custom text which can be quickly pasted over and over again by using a hotkey. In all, you will use only three hotkey for copy/paste purposes.
There's also another option for automatically replacing text. There's a field where you can add the text you wish to replace and another field where you can input the text replacement. The program can be used for automatically replacing text during the cut/paste operation.
