| Promt Professional 7.0 and 7.8
I purchased Promt Professional 7.0 and then upgraded to version 7.8. I actually liked the product until I started getting error codes and the program stopped working. I tried reloading the product but to no avail. I have to date emailed support@promt.com 15 times and no response. I have emailed info@promt.com, sales@promt.com.... any email I could find and I have not received a single reply. I appears that once you purchase the product you are on your own.
