After installation you can access 5 sample resumes. Of course, the next step would be to import your own candidates. Importing from Microsoft Word, PDF, plain text, and HTML files is supported. It's also possible to import data from an ODBC Source. All data is stored on a central server and is easily accessible to authorized personnel.

This software package lets multiple HR managers use the program simultaneously and facilitates the sharing of the resume database and data exchange. There are two access levels available. As a "manager", you can import, edit, or delete data, while as a "recruiter", you can only search through resumes and choose the right ones. Resume Manager Pro can generate HTML reports about each user. These reports include data about each recruiter's performance (candidates pending, submitted, hired, etc.) and can help a HR manager evaluate his or her employees better.

Pluses: The application includes a built-in planner. You can set your appointments using a very easy to use interface. You can add a subject, a location, the start time, the end time and a specific color to each appointment entry.

Drawbacks / flaws: Even though the program is well developed its price seems a bit high. I guess the developers made this program only with big companies in mind.

In conclusion: Resume Manager Pro is definitely a great software, which can help HR people do their work better and faster. Its centralized system is very good, as well as its accessibility.
