Bridge Construction Set is the one which continues the
Bridge Building Game legacy, but under a commercial license. The game also includes lots of new things that you could not find in the previous version.
The game brings 3D graphics, as well as multiple construction types which includes different materials, wires, or even hydraulic parts which can be used for bridges that have mobile parts in order to allow a passing ship to flow along the rivers. Bridge Construction Set can provide very challenging maps where you must use your brainpower in order to solve the specific issues.
Like in the previous version, the game allows you to have infinite tries till you manage to build a secure-enough bridge. If something fails, then you can see your bridge breaking in hundreds of pieces. The interface also provides you the precise number of broken links. All of this stuff benefits from the 3D engine.
Pluses: very challenging and pretty addictive, it has a 3D engine which gives you unlimited freedom while you build the bridge, it has several functions that allow you to fine tune the sight.
Drawbacks / flaws: the windowed mode lacks some of the movement functionality.
In conclusion: this is a very good game and far better than the original. It's up to you if the demo makes it worth the licensing fee.

Bridge Construction Set includes many types of bridge building levels in varying degrees of difficulty from simple to complex with a tutorial to get you started building bridges. A Level Editor is also included so you can create your own levels and trade them with others.
