 | | As the name suggests, this program wants to create a 3D image of your desktop, but as I sad, it only wants to. Even if one of the skins looks a little 3D it's not impressive at all. The icons, I have to admit, are looking good.
I think that the first problem, and also a frustration, is that the menu of right click performed on the desktop is gone. Now something else appears. It is strange because all the usability of the old right click menu is gone. There are a few icons listed on the desktop but you can't delete them as usual. I've tried to rename the Recycle Bin but it was a file inside and the name to change was 'Recycle Bin (1 Items)'. In this case I've modified only the 'Recycle Bin' part because that was what I wanted to change. The surprise appeared when the new name was applied. Now the old Recycle Bin is called 'The Bin (1 Items) (1 Items)'.
Another problem appeared when I've wanted to use a program which had a shortcut on the desktop. Let's take for example 'Notepad'. The first time I've tried double clicking it, the program started without problems. The second time a problem appeared. After double clicking, two instances of the program appeared. The explanation is very simple. First time I've had a window opened and the focus was on it so the first click changed the focus and the second one opened the program. This is frustrating because one time you have to use double click and the next time you might need to use single click.
Another big problem is that it will take almost half of your CPU power (Central Processing Unit) and it will make your computer work slower.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: It is a big CPU consumer and has a poor usability.
In conclusion: This is another example of software that doesn't even deserve to be downloaded. I'm very disappointed to see such programs and to realize that the only purpose of this program is to bring some money. A reminder of this purpose popped up on the screen every few minutes.
