 | | Free System Tools is a free suite of tools designed to help you maintain and fine tune your system in order to increase performance and keep it error free.
The suite appears to be recommended for beginners, since this is nothing more than a frontend for some Windows tools: Disk Cleaner, Startup Manager, Uninstall Manager, Registry Editor, Memory Optimizer.
The program hasn't got a user interface which would integrate all the system tools. It will run in the system tray and when you click it's icon, the list of tools will pop-up. When a system tool is selected it will open in a separate window.
Now, after trying to use the tools, I learned that some of them are faulty while some of them have even fewer features than the Windows in-built system tools. The 'disk Cleaner' wont erase properly the files; I could still find them in the same location after the 'deletion' was complete. The 'Startup Manager' allows you only to modify or delete entries: you can't disable them. The 'Registry Editor' has awfully few features compared to the genuine MS 'Registry Editor'. The 'Memory Optimizer' detected an amount of 2147 MB of RAM compared to 2096 MB reported by the Windows Task Manager.

Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: I wouldn't trust this program for optimization or maintenance. It looks nice, but it definitely needs serious functionality improvement.
