Alive YouTube Video Converter 2.1.3.2

This only one of the many YouTube download programs but I have to admit that it is among the most interesting ones.

When I've installed it I was very impressed by its huge output file types list. I supports over thirty output formats and most of the compression formats. You can also customize some video and audio settings. From the video settings you can modify frame size and rate and the bitrate as for the audio settings, you can modify the bitrate, sample rate and you can chose between mono or stereo channels. If you mess up those settings there's a 'Restore Default Settings' for each one of them.

I mentioned above that this program is among the most interesting ones. It was interesting to see that some YouTube URLs were accepted while others weren't. If you check out the screen shots you can see examples too. I have to tell you that most of the tried URLs were not working. That's too bad because at first I was pleasantly surprised by this program. The user interface is pretty intuitive and you won't need to read an endless 'Help' file.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: Most of the URLs I've tried couldn't be downloaded.

In conclusion: I hope they'll solve the above mentioned problem till next release because this could be a good program.
