| | As specified in the title, this is a planning application for daily, weekly or monthly activities at the office. This planner appears to designed for IT professionals, but it can be used merely in any office environments.
You can choose to plan your activity by selecting one of the many templates such as: project manager, quality engineer, software developer, system administrator, Web developer, Windows scripting developer planners, or you can edit a template with your specific activities.
Tasks can be scheduled according to their priority level, recurrence, working hours and more. A search option is included for easily finding any task or deadline. You can quickly set up an activity agenda by using the drag-and-drop function. Items can be dragged in order to place them into categories or fitted into the schedule. Complex tasks can be divided into several simple tasks.
The user interface is quite easy to use. The drag-and-drop feature allows you to quickly build up a to-do list and schedule your activities. The projects can be automatically saved at intervals of your choice or whenever the program window loses focus.
Pluses: You can import XML and DOC files. Reports can be generated in HTML format and you can export your projects into XML and CSV file format.
Drawbacks / flaws: You can't import CSV files.
In conclusion: It is a very good application: it helps you keep track of projects and to-do lists and it helps you plan daily work and schedule tasks; suitable mostly for IT office related activities.
