 | | WinUtilities EXE Protector is a utility which allows you to prevent other users from running applications on your computer, without your permission.
Executable files can be protected with a password, so that no one can run them unless they know the valid password. Using the software is very simple. Choose the executable file you want to protect (prevent from running). Next, enter and confirm your password. After reviewing your settings, the program will protect the selected executable file.
If you wish to remove the protection, you need to follow the same steps, only instead of 'protect', you will choose to un-protect the file.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: Help section only available online. You can't protect a batch of executables with a single password. You need to repeat the operation for each executable file (this might be due to the trial version).
In conclusion: A pretty good program, but it has some a basic feature only. It could have been a little bit elaborated.
