| | Reviewer: Kenyack Date: 02/24/2008 Version: 2.1.6 see all my reviews (1) Overall rating: 1.5 Features: 2 Stability: 1 Ease of use: 1 Interface: 2 | Very Frustrating bugs and other issues Uploading and installing this product is very easy. I managed to use it successfully once before the bugs kicked in. It does take a while to convert music files, so go watch a movie or have dinner while you wait if you decided to go with this product. The software as I said worked only once before the bugs started kicking in. AppleMacSoft does have a troubleshooting website with and easy to read FAQ. I found the error, but the solution they suggested did not solve the problem. It's been weeks since I first contacted their technical support, and I have not yet received a reply or acknowledgement. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. This product seems to be risky and have a lot of bugs, I wouldn't recommend it. » reply to this review was this review helpful? - report abuse | | | | | Related software downloads for AppleMacSoft DRM Converter for Mac 2.1.6 |
