| | Vehicle Fleet Manager is a complete software designed to help you keep an accurate track of any details related to the vehicles in your garage or your company.
The program is extremely well purpose oriented and it provides the right tools grouped into an intuitive interface for you to manage effectively your entire fleet of vehicles, regardless of the fact that they are 10 or 1000. The program's features can be quickly accessed using the classic menu or the shortcut buttons on top of the interface.
Each feature is well designed and contains all the elements needed to manage your vehicles: for each vehicle you can keep track the specifications including a picture, purchase specifications, insurances and general notes. You can also enter data regarding three drivers for each vehicle. Then, you can keep an accurate track of the odometer statements, repairs, tires, fuel consumption and oil changes.
The program can generate detailed statistics regarding everything related to a vehicle and present them as graphs with the printing possibility. The measuring units available are: for distance - miles/kilometers, for volume - liters/gallons, currencies - US dollar.
Pluses: Excellent help section, easy to use, advanced search engines.
