Carbosign 1.1.0.0

'Carbosign' is a interesting software which seems to be doing 2 different jobs. The first one is the 'Watermarks' and the second one is 'Bacodes'.

As the name suggests 'Watermarks' is responsible with adding watermarks to the pictures. It can add both text and images to a picture. Unfortunately, even if the requirements of this program are very low, the preview image is updated in real time so even if you wright some text your computer's resources will be fully used. When you use both image and text and they are placed in the same area you can choose which one to be on top. It supports batch watermarking but you can't select a folder and import it. You need to select all the files in that folder and then import them.

The 'Barcodes' feature wants to help you create barcodes. Unfortunately, this looks like an unfinished job. I wasn't able to use this feature. I followed the steps from the 'Help' file but instead of barcodes there were numbers. Like this wasn't enough, I tried to print five units but only three appeared on the paper. The program offers only 2 barcode types: Code 39 and Code 39 Extended.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: It's a little unstable. I saw a couple of errors during the tests.

In conclusion: Although the watermarking works good, the barcode section seems to be a mess but I hope it will be solved in the next release.
