Next, you need to enter in the 'Find what' filed the text you want replaced, while in the field called 'Replace with' you will add the text to be used as replacement. The program can be used to search and replace text blocks, whole words, hyperlinks, "enclosed blocks", HTML tags and attributes.

You can create a list of items to be replaced, so that you can alter several words or text excerpts in the files you have selected. Text search and replace patterns and rules can be saved as projects. The program offers you the possibility to create backups before operating any changes. In case something goes wrong, you can restore the files to they're original status.
