 | | 'Free Internet TV Player' is yet another Internet TV player. The producer claims that you can watch more than 1000 online TV channels, more than 200 live webcams, and more than 1000 radio stations from all around the world; and all this without additional equipment. Because it is not the first of its kind I've tested I didn't have high hopes about it. Only one or two programs were really interesting. As soon as I installed the program I was eager to see those many channels they were bragging about. Instead of that impressive number of channels I've found 23 TV stations an no radio stations or webcams. There was a message, though, which told me to go to a certain website to see more channels.
While testing the program I was able to start only 2 or 3 of the 23 TV stations available. The others offered me a black screen and occasionally a message with the following text: 'No Signal'. My luck was the same on the website too and only a few TV stations worked. The same applies in the cases of webcams and radio stations. The resolution is low and if you want to use the full screen mode the quality will suffer.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: To few channels and a low resolution.
In conclusion: It might be free but that's not an excuse to work like that. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend you to use your spare time trying this program. Maybe the next release will be more complete.
