Quick DVD Creator 3.00

This is one of the many DVD burners on the market. It's supposed to be quick. I expected it to be quicker than other programs are. When I begun testing this program, I had great hopes because it seemed to be different from other programs. Very soon, I noticed that it behaves like a slow DVD creator, because it takes a little bit before the playback starts, if you want to play a movie. The program is structured on four burning sections. First, you can burn your movies on a DVD, but this takes just as long as it takes to see the actual movie. I wonder if that is what makes it a quick program. As far as I know most of the DVD burners can accomplish the burning task in that time. The problem is that after you wait for your movie to be burned, you'll be surprised to see that there's no image. The DVD player will play something, but there is no sound and no video image, only a black screen.

The 'Digital Camcorder to DVD' is the second burning option. As the name suggests, it can burn directly from a camcorder. The captured file can be saved on the computer or it can be burned directly on a DVD.

The third burning option is the 'Photo Slide Show to DVD'. Here you can burn your video or pictures on a DVD. However, the result is the same as when you try to burn a movie, there is no image. The fourth and the last burning option is 'Disc Image/DVD video folder to DVD'. I believe that you'll find out the result if you use the program, or at least you could guess it.
