Caricature Studio 2.0

'Caricature Studio', as the name suggests, will help you create interesting caricatures from photos. They are not as good as the ones made by professional artists in amusement parks, but they are good enough. Only a few features help you modify the photos. These effects are warp, putty, and cartoon. You can also insert text or images onto the photo.

While testing the program the difficult part seemed to be resizing the picture. Zooming is used the most when working with a picture, but the program doesn't offer you any zoom in or zoom out tools. The only way to resize a picture is to click the red dot in the bottom-right corner of the image and drag it to the desired size. This is very frustrating when you have a high-resolution picture. I was also disappointed about the 'warp effect' tool. You can't resize as you wish this tool. Instead, you are forced to resize the picture to get the right proportions. The 'putty effect' was the one that I liked the most. It was very easy to use and offered nice results. The 'cartoon effect' wasn't something impressive. I don't see the use of it, but maybe I didn't use the appropriate pictures.

The user interface is intuitive but it could look better, like more colorful and alive.

Pluses: Nice and very funny results.

Drawbacks / flaws: The 'warp' tool can't be resized. It doesn't have too many features.

In conclusion: Testing this program was very funny. If you have some free time, I recommend you to test this program. I hope that the next release brings improvements and some new tools.
