| | 'KiInvoice' is a simple software that creates invoices, purchases orders, and packs slips. Although it has a bunch of features, it's not very customizable. It's a preset format, where you can customize only a few things, like the name or the address of your company, add your logo, income amounts and type of taxes, and other such minor adjustments. You can't interfere with the design and you can't manage your clients. If you have to print periodic invoices for your clients, you can't find that client in a database. Maybe that's a feature available in the full version.
I like the 'Search' feature the most. Here you see all your invoices and you can search by date or by paid, unpaid, etc. You can export the invoices to PDF and send them by email or just print them. In the full version, you can create reports for your accountant.
At first, the user interface is a little difficult to understand.
Pluses: You can backup your database.
Drawbacks / flaws: You can't customize the program as you wish.
In conclusion: It's a good software, but I look forward for the next version and I hope it will be more customizable.
