Hydrogen Quickstart is an application designed to help you reduce Windows startup time.
You can use the program to customize the startup section: you can explore and edit the startup registry items and you can create startup scripts which can be deployed to several locations: Registry Current User, Registry Local Machine, Program Startup Current User/All Users.
The program has two major features which impressed me: the possibility to create startup items with time delay: this means that you can choose the exact time when to start a program. The other feature is the 'Quick Start Menu'. This is actually a small menu with a drop-down list containing all the installed programs. Using this feature, you can quickly launch any program with one or two clicks.
Besides, the program has shortcuts to all the important system features: starting with Explorer and System Restore and ending with the Shut Down options. You can minimize the program to run in the system tray in case you need quick access to it's features. Disk, memory, network and processor monitors are available as well, in case you want to keep an eye on your system resources.

In conclusion: This is a valuable startup utility recommended for advanced users.
