Photo Wallpaper Maker 1.5.5

'Photo Wallpaper Maker', as shown in the title, is a program meant to help you create photo albums or photo slideshows on your Windows desktop. There are not too many feature provided in this program. You can customize a picture by adding a few effects to it or to rotate it but nothing fancy. You can also create a slide show where you can use multiple photos as backgrounds. You can also use interesting backgrounds to which you can add your photos.

While testing the program, it performed well but I discovered something which, in my opinion, is a flaw. If the photo is in black and white you can't apply masks to it. Otherwise there is a list of interesting masks which can be added to your photos.

Considering the small number of features, I think that they should be listed on its main window to make them easy to access. The user interface, though, is easy to use and intuitive.

Pluses: Nice results and easy to use.

Drawbacks / flaws: It's odd that you can't use masks on black and white photos.

In conclusion: Although you can't use more than 3 photos in the trial version, you might try it. I enjoyed testing it.
