LaunchAppPlugin is a simple contextual menu plugin that allows you to launch applications in one of its languages.
This software's installation is very simple. All you do is copy/drag the 'LaunchAppPlugin.plugin' file into Finder's contextual menu plugins directory. This can be either '/Library/Contextual Menu Items/' if you want to install this for all the users, or '~/Library/Contextual Menu Items' if you want to install this just for you. In order to make it work a restart of the Finder is required. A simple log-off should enable this functionality as well.
This plugin is very useful, because instead of switching the language in the system preferences, all you do is pick the "Launch 'Application' in ..." item from the contextual menu and choose the desired language from the submenu that pops up. I find this solution as being easier and faster, than switching it from the system preferences.
Pluses: it gives you the possibility to easily pick a supported language for your applications. It's quite easy to install.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: I like the flexibility of this solution, because it removes the need of changing the localization from the system preferences.
