AppDelete is a simple and free application that removes from your Mac a program and all the related files.
The application works in a very simple way. In fact, when starting the program a window pops up and asks you to drag the application that you like to delete onto its window.
I dropped some of the applications installed on my Mac onto its icon. This program created a new folder inside the Trash bin that started with the 'AppDelete' prefix, in which I could find all the files installed by that application.
This application is very useful especially with the programs that don't come as a .app package, but they spread files all over your file system. Since most of the applications that come as installers don't have an uninstaller within the install package, this application can be very useful for a system cleanup.
Extra files are also created when a program uses a application profile inside your home directory. By deleting the .app package you won't delete the profile, so the hard drive isn't completely cleaned up. AppDelete does this kind of job instead you.
Pluses: the program gives you the possibility to delete easily your installed applications and all the related files.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: if you need to uninstall quickly and completely an application, then AppDelete is a pretty good solution.

AppDelete Publisher's Description
AppDelete deletes the application you choose and any associated items (files and folders) that belong to that application. Now you will no longer have to hunt through your system to find these items and delete them manually. Or worse, just let them sit on your Mac forever even though the application is long gone! To run AppDelete just drag the application or folder containing the application you want to delete onto the AppDelete icon. The easiest way is to keep AppDelete in your dock so you can drag your app or folder containing the app onto the icon in your dock. After doing this AppDelete will search your system to find the associated items. They will be moved inside of a folder in the trash named "AppDelete" with the name of the app you dragged onto the icon. You can inspect this folder if you like before emptying the trash. AppDelete also has a "Undo" feature and keeps a log of every item that was deleted. And AppDelete is freeware!
