Online Video Downloader is a small, free, and very useful tool for downloading online media content, more exactly FLV files.

Using its built-in search feature, you can start a search directly from the program window. You can search for favorite video files on YouTube and GoogleVideo. The program opens a new Internet Explorer Window with your search results. In order to grab a video file, you need to paste the URL into the program window and click 'Get'. Then the video is downloaded just like any other file.

When saving a file, you need to pay attention. Make sure that the file is saved as .FLV document. If in the file saving dialogue window the file appears to be saved as '*all files', you have to manually add the '.FLV' extension at the end of the file name.

Pluses: An excellent idea is the fact that you have a button for downloading a Free FFLV Player in case you didn't have one already. Another nice feature is the 'Clipboard Watch' feature. You can enable the feature in the system tray and the program will get the visited URLs from the clipboard and display them. You can also set the program to start automatically the download of files.
