| | 'Undelete Plus' is supposed to help you recover files that have been deleted from your system. It also has some interesting features. For example, if you want to set a filter by date for your files you can't enter the date manually, but only by pushing the up and down arrows. While testing the program I've tried to see how much I can decrease the starting date. I was surprised to see that I reached year 1 AD.
During the test, it crashed very often. I have also noticed that if you make some settings and exit the program they get lost. For example, I have tried to set a different folder for the undeleted files, but each time I started the program this was changed to the default one. Its default folder is 'My Documents'. You can't select for what type of file to search. The only settings available to input are all or part of the file name, the date of its creation or when it was last modified, and settings about its size.
The user interface is simple and all its features are listed on its main window. It also supports a 13 languages interface.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: Very unstable and to few features. No 'Help' file. I wasn't able to find some of my recent deleted files.
In conclusion: I look forward for the next version hopping it will actually work.
