 | | Expired Domain Names Pro is a program which can be very helpful in one's quest for an appropriate domain name.
Based on a search engine and endowed with powerful search filters, the program will look for expired or unregistered domain names in order that you shouldn't waste your time visiting hundreds of Websites. The search filters allow you to search by: generated names; Yahoo! search; Google search; full word list; all two, three or four letter words and custom list (you can choose from 31 wordlists available or you can create your own).
The earch results will be grouped into categories: - high profile domains (less then five characters long, thus, the easiest to remember); - mid profile domains (domains containing five to seven characters, more descriptive than high profile domains); - low profile domains (domains containing eight or more characters, more difficult to remember); -registered domains (you cannot register these domains, someone else did it before you).
You can save the selected domains and create a list of your own in order to choose the one that suites your needs best. Pluses: Advanced users can manually enable/disable domain extensions, add or delete extensions. The program has an inbuilt Web browser which contains bookmarks to a few useful Websites which can help you in the process of registering a domain. In case you get stuck in the search process, the 'Help' section can be put to good use; it is well structured and it provides all the information you need.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: A reliable domain name search tool which can save you time and the hassle of endlessly searching for the domain name which defines you or your activity.
