 | | Cemetery Keeper allows you to keep track of each person that is buried in your cemetery. It also allows you to keep up with annual lawn care dues. This software is designed for cemetery keepers, so if you aren't one you probably won't need this.
The program allows you to define a structure for your cemetery based on several building blocks, called: sections, blocks, lots, and graves. Each section contains several blocks, each block contains lots, and so on. The trial version is limited to 50 graves. There's no time limit, so if your cemetery is small, you can use the program without any restrictions.
The application supports printing invoices for each payment that is recorded. In fact almost everything you do within the program can be printed for later reference. For example, you can print burial information or each grave owner's data. Simple statistics are also available showing you the total number of graves and how many graves are sold in each section.
Pluses: You can load a map of your cemetery from an image file. Next, you can specify areas on this map, corresponding to each grave (lot) that you previously had defined.
Drawbacks / flaws: It took me about one hour to find out why the grave/burials list wasn't showing any entries. It wasn't until I restarted the program and entered all the information about my cemetery that I found out why the list was empty.
In conclusion: I have to say I don't agree with the publisher who says that this application is easy to use. I found it a bit difficult to get accustomed to the not very user-friendly interface.
