| | This program records any sound played through the sound card. It also offers a MP3 OGG cutter and a MP3 OGG merger. The producer claims in the 'Help' file that 'Instead of asking for the filename to save, "Record and Edit anything into Mp3" starts recording immediately after you click the button "Run"'. While testing the program I've tried to do so, but the following message appeared on the screen 'ERROR: You must specify an output file first!'. I created an output file and I started to record sound from an online radio station. After a while, I stopped the recording and as soon as I did that, my favorite show started. Therefore, I pressed the start button again, but when the show was over, I realized that the file was overwritten. I looked for an option to edit every new file by giving it a different number or, at least, a time when the recording started but I couldn't find anything.
The program offers you many features to configure. You can set the bitrate from 8 to 160 kbps and the quality from 2 to 7. You can also edit the ID3 tag but unfortunately, you can't work with the volume. After I recorded an online radio station for a few minutes, I was surprised to see that the sound was very low and I was barely hearing something.
The user interface reveals a lack of interest for details from the producer. You have to watch carefully to understand it.

In conclusion: I look forward for the next release and I hope it will be better.
