Based on a powerful algorithm that is using information from previous frames, it can increase the resolution of your video delivering high quality to your video file. More than this, Video Enhacer is an utility that uses VirtualDub video filters. You just have to install the utility in parallel with VirtualDub, and you will get all the filters in the menu of it.
There are two ways of using the utility:
- a simple mode where you can choose the codec which will be used for the converting the video file and two levels of enhacing the file;
- an advanced mode where you can choose the VirtualDub's filters allowing you to deinterlacing, denoising, deshaking, etc.
Pluses: very flexible and powerful utility; can work with VirtualDub filters; the results can be shown frame to frame
Drawbacks / flaws: some problems in coding the sound
In conclusion: I hope that further versions will repair the sound problems and increase the processing speed but will not alterate the quality of the resulting video file which are already impressing.
